- Himalayan Buckwheat Honey
- Himalayan Chiuri Honey
Different seasons produce different kinds of flowers and therefore different kinds of honey. Spring honey looks and taste different from the honey produced in autumn. The first is light in colour while the later is thick and dark. The type of flower bees visited impacts the kind of honey produced. Scientists are finding that in one foraging trip a bee will mostly stay with the same flower. Beekeepers often make sure that the bees visit certain plants in order to get a certain unifloral type of honey.
The beekeeping shop offers the wide range of export quality premium honey. The floral sources and time of harvest are mentioned on the label, which offers buyers the opportunity to find out the different characteristic in color and texture.
